  Brad Garett is an American actor, comedian, and producer. He is best known for his role as Ray Romano's brother, Robert Barone, on the sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond (1996-2005), for which he won an Emmy Award in 2003. He has also appeared in a number of films, including Underground Comedy Movie (1999), The In-Laws (2003), and Finding Nemo (2003). Background Garett was born in Los Angeles, California, on April 14, 1960. He began his career as a stand-up comedian in the 1980s. He made his television debut on the sitcom Cheers in 1987. He went on to guest star on a number of television shows, including Seinfeld, Friends, and The King of Queens. Garett made his debut as a film actor in the 1999 comedy Underground Comedy Movie. He has since appeared in such films as The In-Laws (2003) and Finding Nemo (2003). Garett has been married to Jill Diven since 1999. They have two children together. In 2006, Garett starred in the short-lived sitcom 'til Death, which aired for two seasons
