Brad Garett Biography

  Brad Garett is an American actor, comedian, and producer. He is best known for his role as Ray Romano's brother, Robert Barone, on the sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond (1996-2005), for which he won an Emmy Award in 2003. He has also appeared in a number of films, including Underground Comedy Movie (1999), The In-Laws (2003), and Finding Nemo (2003). Background Garett was born in Los Angeles, California, on April 14, 1960. He began his career as a stand-up comedian in the 1980s. He made his television debut on the sitcom Cheers in 1987. He went on to guest star on a number of television shows, including Seinfeld, Friends, and The King of Queens. Garett made his debut as a film actor in the 1999 comedy Underground Comedy Movie. He has since appeared in such films as The In-Laws (2003) and Finding Nemo (2003). Garett has been married to Jill Diven since 1999. They have two children together.
